Background qualifications:
* Civil Defense
* Insurance Coverage Litigation including:
* Defense of claims in the areas of construction, property and casualty, serious personal injury, wrongful death
* 3-7 years' experience in Civil Litigation
* Independently handle substantive legal matters such as:
* Writing coverage opinions
* Taking/defending party & expert depositions
* Drafting/arguing dispositive motions
* Trial preparation
Compensation:
125k - 140k DOE
Discretionary bonus structure
