Responsibilities
• Consistently ensures cleanliness of Spa/Fitness areas• Provides guests with tours of locker room and explains amenities• Dispenses towels, robes, slippers to guests• Performs laundry duties• Monitors locker rooms and replenishes supplies• Assists guest flow from locker room to professional staff• Informs management of any issues• Knowledgeable about facility and amenities• Reports any incidents or accidents• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Social skills to deal with guests and resolve problems• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English• Ability to relate to all levels of management and employees• Clear speaking voice and ability to answer questions• Maintain a healthy, fit appearance and positive attitude• Ability to work in unfavorable conditions• Manual dexterity and ability to handle supplies• Ability to walk/stand and work 90% of shift• Ability to handle multiple problems and interruptions• Knowledge of spa equipment and proper usage• Ability to work with minimal supervision• Ability to handle emergency situations and resolve complaints• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance• Ability to maintain attendance• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
