Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling all deliveries and ensuring all appointments are met in at timely manner Work closely in dispatching software to communicate with large fleet of drivers; manage accurate documentation Work with various department leaders for efficient shipments and delivery including Quality Control, Sales, and Safety Maintain frequent communication with customers regarding updates, delays, or questions on their orders via phone and email Manage high volume documentation for all orders, projected and active Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of DOT regulations is also preferred.
Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in tractor trailer dispatching.
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Able to work in fast paced environment; supporting multiple projects at different sites Strong data entry & computer skills Able to work in multiple databases gathering information to be organized and presented accurately
