One of the Nation's leading General Contractors is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concrete Field Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Concrete Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing concrete construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the successful execution of various concrete-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in concrete construction and field operations.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mix design, and relevant industry standards.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using construction software and MS Office applications.
- Availability to travel.
Responsibilities:
-The Concrete Field Engineer will report to the Area Field Engineer
-This individual is responsible for providing technical assistance, direction, and support to field supervision for construction and installation activities related to concrete and civil works
-Performing inspections and initiating supporting documentation for all discipline system installations on an ongoing basis
-Providing support to field supervision in establishing requirements for manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements for a given work evolution
-Preparing short- and long-term schedules, and interfacing with the superintendents and other discipline field
