Your New Role: Interpret and understand construction blueprints.Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure project efficiency.Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate metal stud, drywall, and interior build-out activities.Maintain rigorous quality control standards.Enforce safety protocols and foster a culture of safety.Plan and organize construction activities with project managers.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.Resolve challenges swiftly to keep projects on track.
