Role Overview:

Excellence is the standard for our fundamentals of safety, quality, and productivity at Best Roofing.
As a Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our commercial roofing projects and maintaining those standards of excellence.
You will lead a team of Site Supervisors and Crew Leaders, overseeing all aspects of the construction process.

Core Focus:

The core focus of this role is to integrate all aspects of the construction process; coordinate, plan and liaise with other departments to ensure all required materials, equipment and inspections support the project schedule.
You will be responsible for working closely with various stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, vendors, internal departments, and members of the Sr.
Leadership team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your goal is to consistently align and effectively reinforce out process by championing Best Roofing's "31 Steps of a Construction Project.
" Key Responsibilities: Ensure your projects are managed to the highest safety, productivity, and quality standards.Follow the 31 Steps of the Construction Project.Consistently and effectively work with the project management team, ensuring achievement of billing and collection objectives.Use the PTT (project tracking tool) on every assigned project and update the tool consistently with the assistance of the project coordinator(s).Understands labor costs.Is well versed in all projects, utilizes the project management tool (FollowUp) and can explain where a project is at any time.Maintains a presence on each project within a 24-hour period.Communicates well with clients & submits engaging OPM (online project management) reports.Works with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely submittal of orders within the required timeline.Coach, develop and train the site supervisor and crew leaders to maintain Best Roofing standards; achieving budget, clean and organized busses, proper use of equipment, safety and quality standards in order to achieve bonus.Have a consistent presence in the quarterly huddles to celebrate the success of teams and completion of jobs.
•Attend and advise on the weekly logistics scheduling meeting.

Own Clients' positive experience at the job site.Manage your field employees and crew assignments.Conduct performance reviews as required.Work with Senior Construction Manager regarding all employee-related matters.Ensure that your projects are 100% OSHA & RCCS compliant. How we Measure Success:

All Quality, Safety & Productivity Objectives are met or exceeded in excellence on all Construction projects.

Evaluations at or above 90% success on all Job Site Analysis (JSA) inspections for all projects.

A cohesive, collaborative working environment for all team members is continuously maintained.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably in the commercial roofing industry.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a management/supervisory role.

Bachelor's degree or higher, technical school degree, or a combination of certifications and relevant roofing experience required.

Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and project management software required.

Great Customer Service skills.

Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees.

Detailed and thorough in planning and execution.

A coach and mentor to all in the organization.

Ability to work in an environment that requires proactive planning, anticipation of needs and maintaining flexibility in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Great Customer Service, communication skills and experience working with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external (i.e.
: Vendors, Subcontractors, Clients, etc.
).

Excellent analytical, math and critical thinking skills.

Ability to manage escalations, complex and sensitive topics with both internal and external stakeholders.
