Restoration Project Managers work with owners and insurance adjusters after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will supervise the renovations, as well as manage costs with the insurance provider.
This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field.




The ideal Restoration Project Manager:



Is self-motivated Likes working with people Is organized, but flexible.
Must be able to prioritize and manage time Thrives under high stress situations Has excellent communication skills Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong computer knowledge and skills Is willing to work hard Strong background in Construction Five or more years of Construction is required.
Sales experience is preferred.
