Mission:
To guide homeowners through the repair process by demonstrating detailed understanding of the repair scope including materials, schedules, and budgets, and to provide exceptional communication throughout the process while working towards production goals for the department and location.
Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year base salaryOpportunity to earn additional quarterly incentiveOpportunity to share company profits through our Profit Based Bonus PlanCompany issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance Education/Professional Experience/Skills: Minimum 3 years of construction management experienceExperience in utilizing the strengths of individuals within a team to create team success Team Member Expectations: Customer Experience - Exceptional written and verbal communication with customers, Trade Partners, vendors, and team members to set expectations regarding quality and timelines, including a target completion date for every projectScope Knowledge - Detailed understanding of the contracted scope of repairs including what is and is not requiredJob Profitability - Maintain individual job profitability through awareness of scope at the work order level, communication with customers, Trade Partners, and vendors, and effective documentationTrade Partners & Vendors - Actively grow and further relationships with Trade Partners and vendors through intentional personal investment beyond the scope of day-to-day communication and timely invoice approval, including quality control coaching as needed What we are looking for: Someone willing to use their construction knowledge and experience to help restore people's lives while repairing their propertyYou must be confident in your ability to understand and utilize various technology platforms and devices that allow us to efficiently serve our customersWorks well on a team, energetic, and looking for a fast-paced ever-changing daily schedulePassion for personal growth and learning Benefits:
