Job Title: Data Center Construction Manager Job Description
We have a client looking for a Data Center Construction Manager to lead efforts in mission-critical builds across the lower Midwest and Southwest.
This role will involve heavy travel with regular travel back home bi-weekly and over holidays.
Expect near 100% travel.
The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience managing mission-critical projects.
Responsibilities Lead efforts in mission-critical data center construction builds across the lower Midwest and Southwest.Manage multiple mission-critical projects ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.Coordinate project teams and manage resources efficiently.Regularly travel to project sites with near 100% travel expectation.Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and project teams.Ensure compliance with all safety and construction regulations.Essential Skills Over 5 years of experience in managing mission-critical construction projects.Proficiency in project management.Procore Certified or well-versed and able to become certified.Understanding of multiple cooling systems specific to data center builds.Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills.Work Environment
On the worksite daily with an expectation of 100% travel to various sites.
