The company has well over 200+ associates and many different types of opportunities for advancement. About the Role - Thomas Corder and Company is currently seeking a talented Project Manager. The management position is fully accountable for the financial performance and overall management direction for one or more multi-million-dollar site development construction projects. Responsibilities Oversee all stages of project life cycle. Plan and formulate construction project documentation and correspondence and engineering requirements. Adhere and manage the project budget. Collaborate with field management to ensure successful resolution of issues between the project plan and site execution on an ongoing basis. Ensure and communicate clear roles and responsibilities with the project team. Conduct weekly meetings and provide timely status reports to stakeholders. Oversee project contracts, purchase orders and other buyout activities. Submit accurate and timely cost and income projections for the project. Submit accurate and timely payment requisitions. Document all change conditions. Track, complete and submit all necessary municipal formal submittal information required for the project. Produce, maintain and demonstrate understanding of the project schedule, project milestones, and reasons for delays. Communicate to multiple project disciplines, Project Ownership, Architects, Engineers, and local Municipal Employees. Ensure an accident and injury free company protocols are followed at all times. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management- Preferred, or 2-3 years of job experience, Assistant Project Management or Superintendent or higher field role with relevant, large scale heavy equipment projects. Strong organizational, project management, skills including Microsoft Excell, Project Plan 365 and Acumatica experience. Strong oral and communication skills. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to adapt and work effectively with a diverse workforce. Must have completed the 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety course within the last 3-5 years. Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints Detail-oriented and strong communication skills Pay range and compensation package - Competitive salary based on proven experience, and bonus compensation plan is available.
