This role involves establishing and fostering effective working relationships with customers, providing leadership to project teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes that meet organizational and client expectations.

Project Oversight: Manage 3–5 concurrent commercial construction projects ranging in value from $30,000 to over $2M, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and financial targets.Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Review proposals from the Pre-Construction Team, negotiate and award contracts, and oversee vendor performance to ensure scope and quality expectations are met.Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project software, coordinate with Project Coordinators and Site Supervisors, and monitor daily progress to achieve timely and successful project completion.Client Communication: Maintain close communication with customers through regular updates, progress reports, and meetings, ensuring satisfaction and cultivating ongoing business opportunities.Documentation and Close-Out: Utilize proprietary software for project documentation, oversee the change order process, review invoices, and ensure all close-out documentation is completed and submitted. ___________________________________________________________ Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred but not required with sufficient experience.Construction Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience within a commercial construction organization, with a strong understanding of industry practices and standards.Blueprint Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and complete accurate material takeoffs.General Trades Expertise: Extensive knowledge of construction general trades and their application in commercial projects.Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving project goals and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. ___________________________________________________________
