Construction Superintendent

The ideal candidate will partner with Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Executive to address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This must be a hands-on-professional, with a stable work history and experience managing subcontractors , quality control, and maintaining project schedules.
Responsibilities Hands-on experience working for a GC building (high-end restaurants)Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followedCommunicate project progress with clients and project managersManage subcontractors and construction site organizationDevelop and uphold a realistic project schedule, keeping subcontractors informed and aligned with milestonesRegularly update daily logs, change orders, and maintain a clear organization of project documents in scopeSchedule final inspections, ensure completion of punch list, a prepare for project Qualifications 3 - 5 years of proven tract record as a Superintendent for GC-led high-end restaurant projectsAbility to read construction documentsFamiliarity with regulatory construction standards
