Construction Project Superintendent We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction industry, knowledge of job cost, job scheduling, job analysis, safety control, safety inspection, budgeting, forecasting, job supervision, job closeout, project management, and estimating.
Position Overview: The Construction Project Superintendent will lead and supervise construction projects from the beginning to the end. The Superintendent will strive to meet the goals and objectives set by the client while maintaining safety standards and staying on the agreed upon schedule and budget. The Superintendent will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, managing, and overseeing subcontractors and vendors. Ensure safety standards are met and maintained throughout the duration of the project. Manage the project team by communicating goals and expectations. Conduct periodic job site visits to inspect progress and provide guidance. Maintain accurate records of project progress and job costing. Ensure project completion is completed within the allotted timelines. Conduct final job closeout and inspections. Qualifications: 5+ years of construction experience, preferably in a superintendent role Knowledge of job cost, job scheduling, job analysis, safety control, safety inspection, budgeting, forecasting, job supervision, job closeout, project management, and estimating. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
