Job Overview: As a Construction Superintendent , you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure the smooth and timely execution of construction projects. Your strong leadership, extensive construction knowledge, and exceptional organizational skills will be key in driving project success while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Run a construction project from start to finish. If you are a good Superintendent, I don't think I need to explain every detail to you on what it takes to run an efficient project!! Requirements: Proven track record of starting and completing construction projects with values of at least $2M. Experience completing multi-million dollar commercial interior renovation projects Having experience working on projects that are in Commercial, Industrial, or Life- Sciences Must have at least 5 year plus Superintendent experience Join their dynamic team and be part of an organization that values innovation, excellence, and teamwork.
