Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for the product/service.Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance backend and frontend components.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are utilizing the latest advancements.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications on AWS and ensure optimal performance.Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage, and management products.Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Strong communication and written skills.Proficiency in JAVA, Python, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, SQL programming languages.Experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS.Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience creating technical documentation.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Hands-on experience and proficiency in SW development (Java, Python, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, SQL).Good understanding of data structures and design patterns.Strong understanding about frontend frameworks like React.Good knowledge of Java/J2EE web application technology stack (Core Java, Spring core, Spring MVC, Hibernate, REST, JSON, XML).Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Programming (OOP) concepts and Unified Modeling Language (UML).The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$50,000 to $62,500]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
