**Requirements:**

**Education and Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.

**Skills:**
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic troubleshooting skills is preferred.
- **Planning and Organization:** Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement actionable plans.
