We are currently seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Ingram Micro in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
As a Contact Center Officer, your responsibilities will include:- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and solutions- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system- Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times- Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers- Contributing to a positive and productive work environment
