Job Description:
Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and independent, with strong soft skills in creativity and people management.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from guests, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries- Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist guests in booking reservations, managing their accounts, and addressing any concerns- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times, ensuring a positive interaction with every guest- Work closely with other departments, such as reservations and sales, to coordinate guest requests and provide a seamless experience- Utilize technology and software systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and track guest preferences- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the overall guest experience- Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations- Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions- Experience in managing relationships with customers or clients- Proficiency in using technology and software systems- Previous experience in a contact center or hospitality industry is a plus
