TDA is looking for a content developer with technical and non-technical writing experience, a passion for community interaction, and an interest in technology development.

The community benefits analyst and content developer will work with project leaders, community benefits staff, and subcontractors to facilitate, document, and quantify bilateral discussions between project teams and the impacted communities.
Communication will take place online, locally (in the greater Denver metro area), and around prospective field sites across the United States.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop web content for community benefits activities and company websites Organize internships, job postings, mentoring program, and high school and college seminars Coordinate with subcontractors on community benefits activities Perform demographic and community research using publicly-available tools and data and analyze data sets to make quantitative assessments of communities and impacts/benefits Write technical reports compiling project data for internal use and public release Organize and host community events Coordinate DEIA training for TDA employees and outside project partners Establish and maintain partnerships with unions, workforce development organizations, local colleges, government officials, tribal officials, and local stakeholders in prospective field test locations Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with journalism, writing, and editing Translating technical information for public consumption Event planning and organization Marketing and event promotion Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Website programming, content generation, and publishing Public speaking Data analytics Multitasking Effective communication Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Linguistics, Communications, Media Studies or related degree from an accredited university Minimum 5+ years of work experience Salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 with complete benefits package.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors as education, experience, skill-set, and/or location.
