Direct Reports: None
Team: Part of 3 Person Full-Time Marketing Team + Vendors (Digital, Creatives, Etc.)

We are a venture-backed ag-tech company dedicated to expanding our marketing team to fulfill our strategic vision. Our company connects supply and demand for agricultural spray drone services through a comprehensive service platform. We provide industry-leading drone applicators with drones, support, software, and training, while also linking demand for acres to be sprayed with local operators. Operating in 30 states, we deliver qualified, licensed, and insured precision application services. Our immediate goal is to establish a nationwide, on-demand labor market while laying the groundwork for autonomy in agriculture in the long term.

You're a master at leveraging a single piece of content into a multitude of impactful assets, and you're driven by the challenge of spreading messages like wildfire.
You're a marketer who flourishes at the intersection of creative content development, collaborative media relations, and concise brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities/Examples:
Content Creation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various channels.
Craft engaging blog posts, email campaigns, video scripts, training content, and newsletters.
Collaborate internally and externally to ensure high-quality, relevant content resonates with our audience.
Media Relations:
Craft compelling press releases and pitch stories to relevant media outlets.
Cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries promptly.
Social Media Management:
Oversee our social media presence across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Create and curate content, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
Thought Leadership:
Represent our company as a thought leader in the industry.
Contribute content to our LMS platform and participate in speaking engagements, webinars, and conferences.
Produce thought-provoking articles and white papers.
Messaging and Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with design and product teams to maintain brand integrity.
Contribute to the execution of brand guidelines.
Marketing Strategy:
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and annual planning.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Provide input on budget allocation and resource planning.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
5+ years' experience in marketing, with a strong background in content development and media relations.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to scale content effectively.
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing; agribusiness experience is preferred.
Proficiency with relevant marketing operations technologies and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Hubspot, SEMRush, Google Analytics).
Solid understanding of the agricultural channel and relevant messaging outlets.
Broad understanding of the ag-tech landscape.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Direct experience with drones is not required.
