This is a part-time, remote position that requires an individual with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in content creation. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Content Creation:** Write and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, social media, newsletters, and website copy, aligning with our company's mission and goals.
- **Research & Strategy:** Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience, and competitor content to develop compelling and relevant topics that resonate with our readers.
- **SEO Optimization:** Implement SEO best practices in all written content to improve search engine visibility, driving organic traffic to our website.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to integrate content into broader campaigns and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
- **Project Management:** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Content Calendar Maintenance:** Develop and oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely publishing of articles and posts while adjusting strategies based on performance analytics.
- **Feedback Incorporation:** Revise and improve existing content based on feedback from team members and customer insights, focusing on continuous improvement.
- **Audience Engagement:** Actively engage with our community on social media platforms, responding to comments and feedback in a way that fosters positive relationships and enhances our brand presence.
### Requirements
- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years in content writing, journalism, or a related field with proven experience in creating content across various mediums.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Resourcefulness:** Demonstrated ability to gather information from various sources to produce insightful content, even under tight deadlines.
- **Confidence:** Ability to present ideas clearly and assertively, and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong project management skills, with an aptitude for prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Leadership qualities that enable you to guide content strategies and mentor junior writers when necessary.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms; familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.
- **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio showcasing your writing style, versatility, and ability to adapt to different tones and formats.
