Our client is a leading healthcare services institution in Philadelphia, PA seeking a Contract Compensation Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. Ideally, our client is seeking a strategic-minded and analytical individual to support their functions including designing and implementing competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent.
About You: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.3+ years of experience as a Compensation professional.Experience in the Healthcare industry.Strong analytical and data interpretation skillsProficiency in Excel and HRIS systemsExcellence in project management and meeting critical deadlinesOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesExperience with compensation surveys and market pricing About the Job: Conduct comprehensive job evaluations and classifications to ensure internal equity and market competitivenessDrive the annual compensation review cycle and manage merit increase processesPerform in-depth market analyses and participate in compensation surveys to maintain competitive positioningPartner with hiring managers to develop and evaluate job descriptions, establishing appropriate salary rangesDesign and maintain compensation structures that align with organizational objectivesProvide expert consultation to leadership on compensation-related decisions and policy interpretationDevelop and deliver training programs to educate managers on compensation philosophy and practicesEnsure timely processing of compensation adjustments and position modificationsCreate and maintain total rewards documentation and communication material Our client is located in Philadelphia, PA and will be operating this position on a hybrid workplace-model.
