**Overview:**
Adecco is partnering with a manufacturing company in Chelmsford, MA, to find an experienced On-Site Contract Recruiter.
This role is crucial for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various light industrial positions.
The On-Site Recruiter will act as a liaison throughout the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Source, screen, and schedule high-quality candidates for open positions in the light industrial market.
+ Assist candidates with resume preparation, interview coaching, and role-specific guidance.
+ Oversee the candidate hiring and onboarding process in alignment with client and organizational standards.
+ Conduct searches using Adecco resources and online tools; analyze results and adjust strategies as necessary.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, enhancing service levels and fostering strong relationships.
+ Engage daily with on-site associates and supervisors to ensure client success metrics are achieved.
+ Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates alike.
+ Address temporary employee inquiries and escalate issues as required.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and clients.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically in the light industrial sector.
+ Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Strong problem-solving abilities, with a calm and clear approach.
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships.
+ Comfortable learning new software and navigating the internet effectively.

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
