Position * The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing and administering all project-related contracts and agreements. This role ensures that the company complies with all contractual requirements and timelines, mitigates risks, and provides support for contract negotiations and amendments. You will work closely with project managers, legal teams, and clients to oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Key * Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Ensure all contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.Monitor project progress and contract timelines to ensure timely execution and compliance.Manage contract amendments, extensions, and close-outs.Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to negotiate contract terms and resolve any disputes or issues.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of contracts and related documents.Support bid processes by reviewing contract terms and conditions.Mitigate risks by identifying potential contractual issues and recommending solutions.Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and payment terms. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contracts administration, preferably in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction contract law, including AIA documents.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.What We ** * Competitive salary and benefits package.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – become a part-owner of the company.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
