A renowned non-profit institution in the heart of Boston is hiring for a Controller.
Working closely with the Vice President of Finance, this hire will manage all aspects of the accounting life cycle for the institution, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, along with supervising Accounts Payable.
This role is hybrid 2 days a week in the office and offers a path for career progression, with opportunities for increased responsibilities and advancement to higher-level roles.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience4+ years of work experience in an Accounting or Finance roleManagement or proven leadership experienceERP experience (NetSuite is a bonus)Experience working in higher education or non-profits is highly desirableBenefits: Health, dental, vision insurance packages4 weeks of PTO
