Your Role:
As a Program Manager, you'll be at the helm of a team of highly technical engineers, driving project success from inception to delivery. Your responsibilities will span project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and more:
Craft Strategic Program Plans: Define project objectives, scope, and resource requirements. Develop detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Execute with Precision: Oversee project delivery, tracking progress, managing changes, and mitigating risks. Foster clear communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction. Empower Business Growth: Provide insights for business development initiatives. Support operational activities, from scheduling to invoicing, contributing to overall efficiency. Strategic Leadership: Contribute to corporate strategy and compliance efforts, leveraging your expertise to drive organizational success. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Ability to obtain security clearance 5+ years of project/program management experience Federal Government contracting experience preferred Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating technical teams Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with embedded security principles a plus PMP certification desired but not mandatory Benefits:
