Position: Director of Human Resources
General Job Description: To share in the development, application, and interpretation of school and administrative policies. The Director of Human Resources will have the overall responsibility for all personnel matters in order to promote the overall efficiency of the school system and maximize the educational benefits for students. The Superintendent will have final authority in all Human Resources matters.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A master's degree (preferably in Human Resources or Education Administration)
2. Have or eligible for a valid New Mexico administrative license
3. Five years of experience in public school administration and supervision and/or teaching
4. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
