Expected salary range of $129,600 to $144,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provides advanced problem solving and provides analysis/insights in support of Fleet Nuclear Plant regulatory, performance improvement and organizational effectiveness areas. Responsible for owning one or multiple fleet OR/PI Program(s). Responsible for regulatory/technical decisions. Possesses superior knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has excellent knowledge of applicable industry codes, standards and regulations. Participates in applicable program industry groups. Understands interrelations and functions of various organizations (e.g. NRC, INPO, NEI, etc.) related to nuclear power. Functions with recognized level of expertise in the program area.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Fleetwide management and oversight of station implementation of PI Programs. Responsible for implementing performance improvement programs and providing support and oversight of those programs. Ensures programs are aligned to industry standards and best practices and recommend new concepts to improve performance and efficiency. Reinforces excellent standards, continuous learning, self-awareness and correction to drive sustainable performance in program areas across the fleet.Provide in-depth regulatory/technical expertise to develop, manage and implement activities. Perform advanced tasks and provide insights in support of Fleet Nuclear plant regulatory, performance improvement and organizational effectiveness areas. Provide expertise and consultation to assist stations with resolution of issues.Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of fleet, industry and program projects.Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring that all codes, standards and regulatory requirements are met for program area.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year degree in business field or a technical discipline with 8 years related experience ORTwo-year degree in business field or technical discipline with 10 years related experience ORIn lieu of degree, minimum 12 years related experienceAND Minimum of four years of experience in at least one performance improvement program (i.e., CAP, OPEX, SA, benchmarking, INPO, safety culture, PI analysis, organizational effectiveness)Demonstrated understanding of organizational effectiveness concepts and the ability to develop insights and develop solutions around performance drivers PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
