Corporate Attorney

My team is currently seeking a Corporate Attorney for a growing Oregon law firm. Interested attorney candidates should be self-motivated and able to manage their work independently.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years' experience with corporate/business transactions
* M & A transactions, negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, executive agreements, entity formation, business planning
* Ability to manage matters independently, performing complex legal research and due diligence.
* Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
* No book of business required
* Must be actively licensed to practice law in Oregon
