Corporate Paralegal

Our team specializes in providing top-notch legal support to corporate clients, and we are seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our practice and assist in managing complex corporate transactions and compliance matters.

Position Overview: As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support attorneys in handling corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance issues, and contract management.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings. Conduct legal research and prepare reports on corporate legal matters. Manage corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate and communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Support attorneys in preparing for meetings, transactions, and legal proceedings. Maintain and update corporate databases and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal. Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in legal research and document management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with complex corporate transactions or international business law. Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance issues.
