The Account Manager will support our correspondent team in taking loans from submittal to clear to close for our sellers and will be responsible for facilitating communication between sellers and Spring EQ Correspondent team members.
The ideal candidate will have a customer service-oriented personality, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience processing mortgage loans.
Responsibilities Facilitate communication between our approved sellers and Spring EQ correspondent team members in a responsive and timely manner to ensure that all closing deadlines are met for a best-in-class seller and borrower experience.Manage inbound requests from internal team members and sellers with attention to detail and within assigned timeframes.Communicate with sellers in a customer service-oriented manner to review current pipeline, trends and turn timesProvide a positive customer service experience to all sellers and team members.Escalation point of contact ensure requirements for loan approval.Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications 2+ years of experience processing home equity or mortgage loansProficiency with loan origination systems and ability to adapt to new technology, automation updates and other applications.Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage time efficiently, multitask, and prioritize and meet competing deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracySelf-starter mentality with the ability to problem solve.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Time is money – At Spring EQ we recognize the importance of working with a sense of urgency.
