WHAT WE DO As a team we're building a deeply beautiful world that's as committed to creating a uniquely nourishing deep beauty experience for our clients--as it is supporting the health and livelihood of our team. #deepbeauty RESPONSIBILITIES Set up salon or treatment room and perform treatment protocols Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the salon or treatment room Properly consult with clients and create customized treatments plans Provide professional cosmetology services (color, highlights, haircuts, blowdries, hair treatments, upstyles, make-up, spray tans, waxing, facials and nails) Customized experiences to customers specifications Support team with laundering, restocking and ordering supplies Product knowledge and recommendations for at home care Provide clients with a 5 star relaxing spa experience YOU WILL THRIVE IF You like working autonomously and within the context of a team as we strive towards transforming and elevating the beauty industry. You have a strong work ethic and are inspired to increase salon and spa growth by connecting and being of service to present clients as well as connecting with potential clients through social media, and community outreach with the intention of making our sales goals.
