\n Responsibilities:Program Security Officer (CPSO) Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage security plans for classified programs in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and customer-specific security requirements.Act as the primary liaison with government agencies, program managers, and contracting officers for program security matters.Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper safeguarding of classified information and materials.Provide security guidance to program personnel, including briefings, debriefings, and training sessions.Manage the accreditation and certification of program-specific secure areas, ensuring compliance with security standards (e.g., SCIF or SAPF environments).Maintain accountability for classified documents, equipment, and communications.Facility Security Officer (FSO) Responsibilities:Oversee and maintain compliance with all facility-level security requirements, including physical, personnel, and information security.Manage and update the Facility Security Clearance (FCL) in accordance with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) guidelines.Conduct self-inspections, support external audits, and prepare corrective action plans as necessary.Manage personnel security clearances, including initial processing, periodic reinvestigations, and continuous monitoring.Administer access control systems, badging processes, and security protocols for the facility.Ensure the facility complies with visitor control procedures and processes for classified meetings.Maintain emergency response and security incident procedures, including investigations and reporting.
