We are seeking a visionary Creative Director of Art & Design to lead and elevate our brand's visual storytelling and design excellence. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Creative, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the creative direction of a fast-growing, performance-focused wellness brand. Overseeing a talented team of designers and collaborating cross-functionally, the ideal candidate will drive innovative campaigns and compelling brand narratives across digital, print, and experiential platforms. \n Responsibilities:Responsible for concepting and brainstorming with an integrated team to drive brand messaging in the market.Drive the ideation and development of compelling, effectively visually striking imagery for various distribution channels.Translate brand values and messaging into compelling visual narratives across all touchpoints.Work with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and market trends.Collaborate closely with product creation, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure that design concepts align with product specifications and end use, brand positioning, and market needs.Present work internally to key stakeholders.In partnership with the VP of Brand Creative, lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.Prioritize projects, allocate internal resources effectively, and manage competing priorities to meet business objectives.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.Manage and mentor art & design staff, focusing on coaching, feedback, performance reviews and career development.Establish and actively lead efficient workflows and standardizations.Track multiple deadlines with attention to detail.Maintain a critical eye and uphold the high standards of NOBULL's Brand Guidelines.Champion brand integrity and authenticity, safeguarding against any dilution of brand equity.Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in a creative role, with a strong emphasis on video and photo production, performance marketing ads, email marketing, consumer design, and brand management.2+ additional years of experience managing creative talent, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-growth agency or D2C environment.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including campaign conceptualization and branding.Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and design trends.Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, creativity, and excellence in design execution.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.
