We are looking for a VP/Creative Director to lead the development of innovative AV campaigns within the OTT, Streaming, and CTV markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create award-winning trailers and integrated campaigns that meet the highest creative standards. Turn marketing objectives into creative strategies and oversee the team's production process. Assist in managing a team of producers to execute compelling and engaging promotional content. Provide direction for campaign writing and ensure that all projects align with brand positioning. Oversee the creative aspects of sales presentations and advertiser-sponsored promotions. Mentor and nurture the skills of producers, coordinators, and editors within the team. Foster a collaborative team environment that drives excellent results across all creative functions. Work closely with different departments to ensure that campaigns are cohesive and aligned with overall goals. QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years of experience in trailer development leadership, with a focus on TV and broadcast-centric campaigns in OTT, Streaming, or CTV. Preferred experience working with creative vendors, particularly in entertainment marketing agencies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including budgets, schedules, and teams. In-depth knowledge of production processes, both offline and online editing, combined with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong creative writing abilities and a talent for storytelling. Evidence of developing groundbreaking promotional campaigns. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for managing staff and client relationships. Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external vendors. A professional and positive attitude with a focus on inspiring and motivating the team. Flexibility in handling diverse tasks and challenges. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A self-starter who is highly motivated and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
