They offer an incredible benefits package, including a 401k with company match and a tuition reimbursement program Responsibilities of the Accountant role: Perform variance analysis, prepare account and bank reconciliations Assist with annual budget process Prepare journal entries and large data batches for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Perform cost analysis of new products Prepare monthly reports Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role Experience with Oracle or another major ERP Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Excellent communication skills
