Accounts Receivable Clerk Location: Hybrid role in Springfield, OH
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk: Process customer invoices and ensure accurate billing. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as needed. Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records. Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer service. Prepare and send account statements. Utilize Excel for reporting, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for data analysis. Assist in month-end closing procedures related to receivables. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Clerk: MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
