Job Title: Bookkeeper
$50,000-$70,000 Location: Canonsburg (100% onsite) Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send invoices, track payments, and handle collections. Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records. Payroll Processing: Manage payroll for all small group of employees, including calculating hours, handling deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements. Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or in a similar role. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms. Construction experience is a plus! Strong understanding of payroll, AP, AR, and general ledger processes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
