Key Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and provincial regulations. Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate. Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management. Assist with year-end payroll activities, including T4 preparation and submission. Stay current with changes in Canadian payroll legislation and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Canadian Payroll Administrator. 2-3 years of knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and regulations. Certification in Canadian Payroll Compliance (PCP) is an asset.

Salary: $65,000-$75,000
