Responsibilities Manage monthly and yearly close processes and produce financial and supplemental reports Direct report performance reviews, hiring and training Maintain general ledger and records Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations Work closely with the CFO of the organization Create annual budgets and perform variance analysis Ensure proper accounting methods and processes are enforced and appropriately followed Other duties and ad hoc requests as assigned
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ year's related experience Healthcare experience a plus
Salary and Benefits Salary range is $90,000 to $100,00 Work In Office in Akron, Ohio Competitive benefits
