Course: Criminal Procedure and Public PolicyThis writing-intensive course covers the criminal procedural process from a constitutional perspective as it relates to due process and crime control. It also covers the mechanics of how public policy guides the administration of justice.What You Will Do: + Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
+ Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
+ Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
+ Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
What You Will Bring:*Teaching Experience Required + PhD in Justice Studies OR
+ Legal Studies OR
+ Criminal Justice OR
+ JD
+ OR Master's in above areas
+ Exceptions may be granted to individuals with Master's in any field with 18 graduate credits in Justice Studies AND has substantial teaching experience
