Cruise Vacation Specialist

Are you passionate about cruising and helping others plan their dream vacations at sea? We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Cruise Vacation Specialist to join our team. As a Cruise Vacation Specialist, you will work independently to provide our clients with exceptional cruise planning and booking services. This is a 1099 business opportunity, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and manage your own schedule. 

We will provide all of the necessary training and certification. 

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets to recommend the best cruise options.

Cruise Planning and Booking: Research and book cruise vacations, including accommodation, excursions, and other related travel arrangements.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process, from initial consultation to post-cruise follow-up.

Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise line offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Sales and Marketing: Promote cruise packages and deals through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking.

Documentation: Ensure all travel documents are accurately completed and delivered to clients promptly.

Problem Resolution: Assist clients with any issues or changes that may arise before or during their cruise.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise lines, suppliers, and clients to secure the best deals and repeat business.

Qualifications:

Must be a legal US citizen

Basic knowledge of cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, and travel products.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
