About the roleCustomer Solutioning & Onboarding: Assisting the sales team in conducting demos for prospects on their dataset. This involves:Coordinating with prospects to understand the nuances of their data schema.Connecting shared data to Crux and ensuring sync between LLM agents and customer data.Assisting customers' tech team to execute on-premise deployment of Crux's application.QA and Product Management: Assisting the product and tech team to generate and synthesize feedback to improve the product.Conducting extensive QA to ensure Crux's output is aligned with customer expectations.Gather feedback from customers across the funnel to shape the product roadmap.Experiment with prompt engineering to improve the quality of output from LLMs.Product Analytics: Assisting the founders and product team in monitoring product usage. This involves:Setting up product analytics tooling within Crux's architecture.Continuously monitor product usage to create hypotheses around user behavior.What are we looking for?An ideal candidate should:Be comfortable with a highly agile and dynamic work environment.Have a strong sense of ownership.Be excited about working with new tech (LLMs and Generative AI).If you want to build your own venture someday, that's a plus.Technical Skills Required:Strong grasp of constructing and reviewing SQL queries on complex data schema.Hands-on experience with SQL databases like Postgres.Experience with creating Python scripts to automate data-related tasks.Any experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) is a plus.
