About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education and training to develop engaging content for effective learning experiences. It is vital to have experience developing content in the topics of leadership, business skills, and technical skills. Experience with developing or uploading and maintaining the content within a Learning Management System (LMS). In addition to the content development, this candidate will have experience in developing and implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) for the organization deliver live training to all types of learners within the GRG family. Finally, this candidate will possess a high level of technology skills to assist in set up and maintaining all types of equipment to problem solve so the team can deliver the live training daily. Opportunity to make a significant impact and advance your career in the commercial building envelope industry. Responsibilities: Design and develop curriculum and instructional materials. Conduct needs assessments to identify educational requirements. Collaborate with subject matter experts internally at GRG and externally with SME and Suppliers to create and deliver content. Develop and drive the launch of a new Learning Management System (LMS) Research and select appropriate instructional methods and technologies to deliver high quality learning experiences and content. Serve as the LMS administrator to facilitate the content management, set up, course management for all positions within the organization. Develop live, online and blended learning courses and materials. Create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Develop feedback loop surveys for courses and integrate improvements Requirements: Experience in setting up and/or managing a Learning Management System (LMS) Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, instructional design Strong technology and tech-savvy skills Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Experience in live, online, and blended learning Ability to conduct needs assessments and analyze data Ability to provide training and support learners Commitment to continuous professional development Troubleshooting technical problems – Tech Savvy Create and generate reports to assess and evaluate training content, usage, progress, and scheduling Bi-Lingual – Spanish and English Education: Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Equal Opportunity Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and respectful workplace.
