### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Guest Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with a friendly demeanor and addressing inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
- **Problem Resolution:** Quickly and effectively address any concerns or complaints, working collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive outcome for guests.
- **Service Excellence:** Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations or alternatives that create memorable experiences, ensuring all interactions are aligned with Hilton's high service standards.
- **Information Management:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and enhance guests' experience.
- **Administrative Support:** Assist in managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, processing payments, and ensuring accurate guest billing.
- **Quality Assurance:** Monitor service quality and delivery, providing feedback for continuous improvement and personalizing interactions to meet unique guest preferences.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with all hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure all guests have a seamless experience.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in customer service and hospitality.
- **Compliance:** Adhere strictly to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

### **Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of three (3) years in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel setting.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
- **Skills:**
- **Soft Skills:** Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members. Strong attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in all aspects of service.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using computer systems, booking software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- **Personality Traits:** A driven and reliable individual who takes initiative and remains calm under pressure, with a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
