Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Assistant at Loews, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Austin, Texas. This part-time Associate level position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, be analytical in their approach to problem-solving, and have a hardworking and driven personality.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist with order processing and tracking- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service- Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong project management skills- Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically- Hardworking and driven personality- Ability to work independently and remotely- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
