Position Overview:

As a Customer Care Manager at Abile Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for overseeing customer care operations, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and leading a team of dedicated customer service professionals. Your expertise will help us create a seamless customer experience that aligns with our company values and goals.


Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding service. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement customer care strategies that align with the company's objectives. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for customer service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Feedback Loop: Establish a system for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform service improvements and product development. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and satisfaction. Crisis Management: Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution in a timely manner. Policy Development: Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
