Position Overview:

Create and maintain documentation related to customer care processes, policies, and procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Manage customer escalations and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service to ensure Kiwi Partners remains a leader in the field. Prepare and present reports on customer care performance to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for growth. Requirements: Experience level can range from entry-level to senior-level positions; we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Proven experience in customer service or customer care management, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Adaptable and confident in decision-making, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
