About the Role:

As a Customer Care Manager at Woden, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer service strategy and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support. Participate in strategic planning sessions to align customer care objectives with overall business goals. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or customer care management, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
