Discipleship MinistriesNashville, Tennessee 37203Full Time Customer Care Manager/Upper Room - (Exempt), Reports to Chief Information Officer The Customer Care Manager will provide exceptional leadership in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center. Ensures that the call center runs efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of customers, while also meeting the business goals of The Upper Room. Delivers exceptional service to our constituents and ministry partners, driving continuous improvement in our customer service processes.
Will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising customer service call center representatives.Along with offeringguidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. Monitors processes, identifies, and provides training to the reps as needed.
This position will serve as the escalation point for complicated customer issues. Processes information quickly and efficiently and crafts questions to get to the heart of a customer's concern. Has a deep knowledge of the organization and identifies appropriate staff involvement needed to resolve customer concerns. Analyzes transactions, makes corrections and adjustments to customers' accounts. May also be involved in evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and customer service.
Education / Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (required).
Three to Five years' experience in managing a customer service call center.
